INGREDIENTS:

Sweetened Coconut Flakes 7OZ
15 -18 Uncooked large shrimp, peeled,
deveined, tails left intact
2 Eggs
4 – 5 Tbsp of flour
2 – 3 Limes
½ Tsp of Salt
½ Tsp Black Pepper
Grace Jerk Seasoning “Mild”

{Step#1}
Shrimp Marinade – 3 Freshly
Squeeze Lime Juice, Salt, Black Pepper,
and Grace Jerk Seasoning

{Step#2}
Place Shrimps into marinade
for 15-30 minutes

{Step#3}
Whisk 2 eggs in a medium
bowl

{Step#4}
Place about 4-5 table spoon of
flour in a medium bowl

{Step#5}
Working with 1-2 shrimp at a
time, place shrimps into egg
mixture, then into Flour, then
coconut flakes

Pour ¼ inch of olive oil into large skillet
over  medium heat

{Step#6}
Place covered shrimp into large skillet
and cook until golden brown

{Step#7}
Place golden brown coconut shrimp onto
towels to drain

{Step#8}
Garnish with lime and coconut flakes
Squeeze fresh lime juice over shrimp
