Thank you for supporting my business. Due to the nature of the product you are purchasing, all digital products “SALES ARE FINAL” —no refund or exchange on digital purchases. Disputes and or any adjustments are solely at the seller’s discretion. Please read the description and look at the pictures and file extensions included in the offer before purchasing.
Download / Processing Time: You will have a 24hrs to download your purchase and remove it from the site. Please download your investment as soon as possible.
Printing: For best results, please get your digital products printed professionally. Some Invitations, RSVPs, Details, menu cards, etc., require the border removed. You are welcome to use the Word template to add your wording and change the margins as needed.
Test Print: Please print copies to make sure all of your text is within the margins before taking it to be professionally printed. Finally, colors may vary from computer to computer.
Digital Downloadable Templates: These are all digital products available immediately after payments are received.
Custom Products: You are welcome to submit or inquire about new, or if you want to make changes to the already posted product, please reach out with your request, and I will let you know the cost, processing time, and if your request is possible.
Physical Products:
Returns: No return or physical products; only six-month store credit will apply. You are encouraged to use the store credit within six-month of filing your claim, or it will become Null and void. All claims must be reported seven days after delivery. If discrepancies are reported seven days after delivery, we will not be able to process your request.
